We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name, email address, and mobile number, when you request your full assessment report.
• Your assessment responses and the resulting leadership profile.
• Basic, non-identifying usage analytics to help us improve the site.

• To deliver your assessment results.
• To send you occasional insights, resources, and updates about the program.
• To improve the assessment and the site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email and hosting providers), and only so they can perform those services for us.

If you give us your email and mobile number, you agree to receive your results and occasional messages from us. You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
